Da Lat

It's been a while since we last posted on the blog. The internet connections at our motel is horrific.  It's like trying to pull teeth.  All the computer's in asia have been like this.  Alot of the computers still have hard and floppy disk drives, and most of the keyboards are so worn you can't even see the letters. Or the keys stick, which makes typing almost impossible.  Anyway we left Da Nang on and arrived in Da Lat, Vietnam around Tuesday.  This place is known for being a honeymoon destination.  It is said, that if you are vietnames, and you did not honeymoon in Da Lot, you were really never Married.  There is a lot of French influence, and you can see it in the architecture.  It feels as though we have been transported back in time somewhere in France or Italy.  Yestereday, Jess, Elvio and I took scooters to a very remote river, supposedly only accesable with a guide.  You know us though, we love trying to bend the rules.  Anyway we were able to hike up a small river to some of the most beuatiful waterfalls I personely have ever seen. Very amazing.  We are planning on spending about two more days here before heading to Siagon, where we will be catching a bus over the boarder of Cambodia to Phenom Phen.  This will be our finally destination, before flying to Bangkok and then home.  There is alot still to see and experience even though our trip is coming to an end.  I'm sorry about the spelling errors, i tried to catch most of them, but the spell check is in vietnames and pretty much says that i have mispelled ever word i have wrote.  All of us our doing great, and hope everyone back home is also.
